After creating an account, navigate to the Alerts page or click the bell icon on any rate card. You can set alerts for specific price thresholds — we will notify you by email when a rate crosses your target.

Favorites (bookmark icon) let you save individual assets for quick access. Your Watchlist (My Rates page) is a curated view of all your saved assets in one place, making it easy to monitor the rates you care about most.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. We will send you a password reset link that is valid for 10 minutes. Follow the link to create a new password.

Yes. Go to your Account Settings page (click your avatar in the header) to update your name, email, phone number, and password.

Processing time varies by currency and order size. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Larger orders may require additional verification and could take up to 5 business days.

Our exchange rates include a small spread which covers our service fees. There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond the quoted rate at the time of your transaction.
